Should you wish to lodge a written complaint, you can do so online by filling out the PTA online feedback form. In order for us to respond in a timely manner, please ensure you provide as much detail as possible.
Please note that the InfoLine and PTA online feedback form should not be used in the event of an emergency as response times can vary. Should you need to contact School Bus Services to report an emergency, please contact the relevant Contract Officer for your area, as detailed in the "Phone" section above.
